1. Quality issues
The quality of the fuse is very important. If the fuse installed in the circuit is of poor quality, it is easy for the fuse to malfunction after the circuit is connected and when the circuit is overloaded, resulting in the circuit being unusable or burned out.
2. Model not suitable
If the fuse model is not suitable, two situations will occur: ① When the rated current of the fuse is too low, it will be installed in the circuit and connected to the power supply. If the fuse blows, the circuit cannot be powered on and the equipment cannot operate normally. ② When the circuit is overloaded, it will not be able to fuse in a timely manner, which will not only burn out the circuit, but also easily cause fires and other accidents
3. Aging, oxidation
If the fuse is stored for too long or in an incorrect manner, it can lead to oxidation, aging, and unusable.
When the fuse is oxidized, it can be seen that the packaging of the product has fallen off.
4. Poor contact
If there is a circuit malfunction or a fuse that cannot function properly, sometimes due to poor contact, check if the fuse is installed correctly. Check if the fuse is installed loose and if the positive and negative poles are reversed.
