  At present, LED products face the problem of relatively high costs. In terms of low-power lighting equipment, they cannot compete with rare earth energy-saving lamps, fluorescent lamps, and high-power high-pressure sodium lamps and halogen lamps.

  LED electroluminescence has high efficiency, but at the same time, it generates a lot of heat, which leads to LED light decay and ultimately shortens its working life. Moreover, LED lighting equipment faces the ceiling in terms of technology. Due to its low power of individual light-emitting components, it is necessary to combine them into relatively high power for practical use, which is a challenge.

  In order to dissipate heat, the engineering community has adopted various current heat dissipation technologies, including the most common metal fin heat sink, forced exhaust, heat pump refrigeration, heat pipe, phase change, and other heat dissipation and cooling technologies. This has led to LED lighting products with large volume, weight, and high cost.

  In fact, the volume of LED light emitting components is extremely small, while the heat dissipation equipment is large. This is extremely disproportionate, and both LED components and fuse components are soldered onto the circuit board. The heat sink is in contact with the circuit board through a metal plate, and the gaps cause loose connections, resulting in suboptimal heat transfer. In fact, the heat dissipation effect is not optimal.

  Each lighting fixture needs to be equipped with a driving power supply, as the working power supply of LED is DC. Since it was originally used in electronic circuits, low-voltage DC is its symbol. However, after being used in lighting equipment, the power increases greatly, and the power supply is AC, 220V.

  In fact, the LED has a long lifespan, and the lifespan of the driving circuit is not commensurate with it, causing it to be scrapped in advance. The LED components are not damaged but the electronic components are scrapped first, resulting in the entire LED lamp being scrapped, giving people the feeling that the LED is not durable and bringing negative impacts.

  The driving power supply is composed of numerous electronic components such as fuses, which accounts for a portion of the cost. In order to reduce costs, it is difficult to achieve strict screening of electronic components.

  Although the equipment with the highest current heat dissipation technology has been adopted, the heat dissipation effect and the concentrated heat generated are still difficult to achieve. At the same time, hundreds of watts of lighting fixtures have correspondingly high driving circuit power, and their heat generation during operation is also significant, which is an objective phenomenon. Furthermore, there are transformers in the driving circuit, and some have also included them in the category of "electromagnetic pollution". At the same time, when the driving circuit is working, the transformer also needs to generate heat and consume energy.

  Currently, the LED industry is committed to making LED components larger, such as "simulated lumen" components, and secondly, increasing the power of lighting fixtures, such as street lamps. Imagine welding more than 80 lumen components onto a circuit board with a diameter of tens to twenty centimeters, where the heat dissipation is highly concentrated, and higher requirements are put forward for heat dissipation
